Onboarding Checklist

What is the learner launch Kick-Off Call?

This is where the onboarding specialist will co-host a launch call along with the client and all the users. During this call, the onboarding specialist will show the users our approach to leveraging learning and why, how they can use bespoke learning to achieve their business objectives and accelerate their career, how to use the mobile app and platform, best practices and what the user’s learning journey will look like.

Before the Learner Launch Kick-Off Call, complete the onboarding checklist to ensure a smooth start.

  1. Provision users by setting up their accounts and access to the SocialTalent Platform.

  2. Assign users their learning path/ program.

  3. Assign users their completion date.

  4. The client should send out pre-launch communication to generate excitement for the upcoming training. Feel free to use or tweak the below template:

  5. During the Learner Launch Kick-Off Call, the onboarding specialist will co-host with the client, who is expected to initiate the meeting. Please edit the learner deck, as it will be used for the presentation

    Please feel free to edit, add, or change slides 1 to 6, as you will be presenting these. Aim to keep your section to 5-7 minutes. Slides 7 onwards will be presented by the onboarding specialist.

    Please send the updated PowerPoint to the onboarding specialist at least 2 days before the learner launch call.

    Please invite everyone who will be using SocialTalent to the learner launch call once it is scheduled.

This preparation ensures that the kick-off call is productive and that all participants are ready to engage and begin their learning journey effectively.
